Collected Information: Our objective in gathering personal information is geared towards enhancing our customers experience with using our website. The login information and temporary files do not collect personal information. The login information does not collect data such as name or e-mail address and is not used to identify our visitors.
II. How do we use collected information:
Personal Information Collected personal information may be used for promotional and marketing campaigns, analysis of site usage statistics, for the development of new product offerings, for improving site content and for the customization of services, content and layout. In some instances, personal information may be used to deliver new information targeted to your interests, new services, and special promotions. This use improves our site for visitors and customers. FlashMD does not automatically collect personal information, but may combine non-personal information that is collected automatically (e.g., through web log data) with your prior submitted personal information. Aggregate and Statistical Data We use web log information (such as your operating system, the name of your web browser, the pages visited at our site, etc.) for administrative purposes, website redesign and configuration and to identify the most popular features. Web logs are used when necessary to identify individuals attempting to sabotage our website. If we detect a violation of our computer security or an attempted sabotage we will share login information with law enforcement agencies.
III. The Transfer of Data and the Sharing of Information:
Information Sharing With the exceptions as detailed below, we will not trade, share or sell the personal information of our customers for use by any other business. However, statistical and aggregated data from our visitors may be shared with business partners. For example, our business partners may be informed that “80% of the time our visitors use a Windows browser.” On occasion personal information such as; email address, may be shared with FlashMD’s business partners for the purpose of better facilitating the delivery of a service. FlashMD databases are used to store your personal information. The databases are located in various geographies within the United States. The standards by which your data are stored are homogeneous regardless of geography.
IV: Temporary Files:
Our websites are more responsive and enjoyable for our customers and visitors due to the use of temporary files. A small temporary text file is stored on your computer after visiting a website. Non-personal information is obtained from our customers and visitors by use of this technology. This process might include the recognition of several web page inquiries from a computer which corresponds to the same visitor. Most browsers accept temporary files automatically, but can be configured not to accept them or to indicate when a temporary file is being sent.

FlashMD provides a secure environment for your data by taking every precaution to protect personal information from unauthorized modifications, loss or misuse. The business partners of FlashMD may have access to personal information in relation to providing services for FlashMD. Our business partners are required to keep all information confidential and are not authorized to use this data for any other purpose other than those related to the services provided to our customers and visitors.
